The incumbent will handle business travel coordination for SPH and our subsidiaries, on top of general administrative support functions.
You oversee and facilitate the learning content development and learning knowledge management in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). You work with various stakeholders to develop and implement strategies and change management programmes, as well as create a culture of sharing best practices. Your challenge lies in levelling up the competencies in the SAF for learning content development.
You are responsible for training a key appointment holder in standard processes, products and teamwork, while providing coaching for specialised knowledge, operational judgement and decision-making. On this, you work out the best combinations of exercise design, training technology and teaching methods to support training objectives. You also collate observations for continual improvements, as well as supervise and lead the coaching of staff to facilitate improvement in back room processes of the unit. Additionally, you build learning opportunities by creating an environment that encourages creativity and ingenuity, while adhering to established doctrines. Your challenge lies in keeping abreast of the latest and evolving developments in training curriculum, and working under high tempo. You may be involved in extended phases of outfield training.
Sitting within the Media Strategy & Analytics department, SPH's Analytics team serves as the data analytics centre of excellence for the whole company. We integrate and gatekeep all major data sources across SPH's media divisions, on top of which we create visualisations and perform analytics functions to drive business decisions. We also formulate and execute advanced analytics and machine learning projects to help business units achieve their objectives.
We are looking for two articulate and cross-functional audience insights specialists to join the team and help provide our media divisions with a composite view of SPH's product users, as well as identify any audience gaps in the company's product portfolio. This role will report to the Analytics Lead and work closely with the media divisions including editorial, product, ad sales and circulation sales teams.
The incumbent will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager to support the Finance operations and reporting requirements of a listed real estate investment trust (Reit).
You will be involved in reward management, as well as formulating, reviewing and developing HR policies across all levels. Your portfolio also includes the development and review of compensation policies for the Company, including administering salary surveys and evaluating new market practices and new remuneration tools. You will need to keep abreast of the market and work with industry experts to obtain information on market trends and practices. You will also play a key role in industrial relations, including involvement in the collective bargaining process with the unions.
